camillo.ai Limited ("Camillo", "we", "us", or "our") operates a platform that allows users to upload, analyse, and compare sports videos (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data when you use the Service.

We generate additional data from uploaded videos, including:
- frame-level analysis data;
- performance metrics and benchmarks;
- comparison outputs and rankings;
- leaderboard positions;
- machine-generated visual representations (e.g. embeddings or feature vectors) used to enable comparison and benchmarking.
2.5 Usage and technical data
- IP address;
- device, browser, and application type;
- operating system;
- access logs and security events.
2.6 Payments
Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We receive limited transaction information (such as subscription status and payment confirmation) but do not store full payment card details.
3. Public visibility of content
All uploaded videos and associated analysis are publicly visible to all users of the Service.
Uploaded videos and associated metadata (including embedded GPS/location data) may reveal where and how you ride. Users should consider their personal safety and privacy before uploading or sharing content, as public exposure of such information could reveal patterns or locations not otherwise visible outside the Service.
Information visible to other users includes:
- your uploaded videos;
- performance analysis and benchmarking results;
- comparisons against other users; and
- your position on leaderboards.
By uploading content, you acknowledge and agree that:
- your content and analysis may be viewed, compared, and evaluated by others; and
- you have the right to upload and publicly share the content, including where identifiable individuals appear.
You should not upload content that infringes privacy, data protection, or other legal rights.
4. User interaction data
We collect information generated through interaction between users, including:
- comments;
- kudos or similar engagement features; and
- usernames associated with interactions.
We do not collect information from external third-party sources or social networks.
5. How we use personal data

- AI-driven benchmarking and analysis - analyse and compare frame data from videos; benchmark performance against other users; display comparative results publicly.

- compare and rank users relative to others.
The performance analysis, comparisons, and leaderboards are descriptive insights provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute advice, recommendations, or guarantees of performance, safety, or suitability of any activity or route.
This processing is essential to the core functionality of the Service. The results of this processing are visible to other users as part of public benchmarking and leaderboards.
These processes do not produce legal or similarly significant effects outside the context of the Service.
7. Lawful bases for processing (UK & EU)
Where UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on:
- Performance of a contract - to deliver video analysis, comparison, and benchmarking services;
- Legitimate interests - to operate, secure, and improve the Service, and to enable public comparison features, provided these interests are not overridden by your rights; and
- Legal obligations - for accounting, tax, and regulatory compliance.
We do not rely on consent for advertising or analytics.
8. Cookies and tracking
We use only strictly necessary functional cookies required to operate the Service (for example, authentication and security).

12. Deletion, caching, and public copies
When content or accounts are deleted:
- the data is removed from active systems;
- copies may remain temporarily in backups; and
- publicly available content may persist in search engines or cached copies until refreshed or removed by those third parties.
13. User controls
Users can:
- delete individual videos or activities;
- remove comments or interactions they have made; and
- delete their entire account and associated personal data.

14. Data accuracy and content quality
Uploaded videos and derived metadata (including performance analysis) are user-generated and unverified; they may contain inaccuracies, edits, or context that cannot be independently confirmed by Camillo. Users are responsible for assessing the accuracy and safety implications of their activity data outside the Service.
15. Your rights by region
15.1 UK & EU (GDPR)
You may have the right to:
- access your personal data;
- correct inaccurate data;
- request deletion;
- restrict or object to processing;
- data portability; and
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (UK: the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)).
15.2 United States (including California)
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to:
- know what personal data we collect and how it is used;
- request deletion or correction;
- opt out of sale or sharing (note: we do not sell or share data for advertising); and
