Keep segments shorter than 4 minutes. If it is your first segment, around 1 minute is ideal. Short test segments are easier to check, faster to process, and you can always delete them later.
If something is not working
- Try a small test first. Use a short, clear segment before uploading longer rides or building several segments at once.
- Use clear start and finish points. Distinctive trail features, signs, gates, bridges, or turns make alignment easier to verify.
- Give processing a little time. Large files and busy queues can take longer. If a run looks stuck, send the run or segment URL with your report.
- Include useful details. Tell us what you expected, what happened, the error text, your browser or device, and whether the issue repeats.
For general usage questions, the FAQ covers segments, uploads, alignment, GPS, privacy, and comparison videos.
